DC Funkfest and the African American Civil War Museum

We went down to U Street for the African American Civil War Museum and came upon the DC Funkfest.  Owen and Milton loved seeing all the musicians and listening to all the bands.  Our metro transfer was at Chinatown so we decided to get out and get some lunch there.  The museum was really great.
