Owen had his first broadcast for his Seahawk News "Crazy Facts But True" on January 24th  https://www.youtube.com/live/W58N8PChOYE. We worked on finding a whole bunch to submit to the teacher in charge during the Christmas break. Milton finished reading his first chapter book all on his own.  He is such an awesome reader!! Owen also finished his diving certification, which is such a cool accomplishment for someone who is only 10 years old. He did the lessons on the computer over break and then did the diving portions with the same instructor that Damon was with when doing his solo dive certification. My favorite part was seeing Owen's sweet trust in Michelle that when she said to step off the ledge at Gab Gab (8 8-foot drop) wearing his 60 pounds of diving gear, he did so without any hesitation. Milton's aquatic accomplishment this month was passing his swimming test at the base pool. Timing worked out well, so that we could get some swim time in before the pool got shut down for a big renovation.  Milton and Owen's teacher was one of the incredibly patient lifeguards that Damon got to know with his morning swim routine. Damon is pulling teeth, I'm teaching, and the boys are thriving.
