We spent all of July in Wyoming. The kids had so much fun. They went boating, flying, shooting, camping, swimming, fishing and otherwise an amazing summer. They both love driving the tractor and trucks. Milton loves to be outside and would play in Rod and Ileene's back yard in the sandbox very happily. His next favorite place was to run into the street which was a bit of a battle. He is developing rather strong opinions. Both kids slept over with Rod and Ileene and overall did well. I enjoyed staying over at my house solo. I was able to finish The Mysterious Island and the Three Musketeers. Rod and Ileene took them to Bear World to see the bears and play at the carnival. Owen had his first overnight camping trip with Rod and Damon sleeping in the tent and enjoyed it. He liked to spend the night with Rod at the meadow too. We went to the cabin up Grey's River for a weekend where we discovered that Milton loves to be on a 4-wheeler. Also, Owen knows how to start one so keep the keys hidden. Owen was fascinated by Demetria and Trent's "house on wheels". Demetria is definitely forever going to be known as Pink as Milton has caught on too. Owen will still mix up grandma and grandpa, but he is getting better. Milton is coming along speech-wise adding important vocabulary such as "tv on". Owen has some fun phrases too such as "I have an important question" and "you knows". My mom came out to WY for a week at the end of our trip and we were able to go around partying. She then flew back to MD with me and the kids. This was her first visit to Afton.
