This summer we got a new washer and dryer, more garage shelves, and hung my black and white prints from high school and college. I also re-caulked the door trim for the garage man door as all the wood in the bottom was rotting out. Hopefully this will help reduce the amount of water getting into the trim. Sara sent me a watercolor painting that Meade did of a barn that I got framed to hang up in the office. Rod put out the word to some of the excavation guys who are working on the new houses in Rockbridge to dump dirt on the commercial lot on 1st street. We got 7 loads of dirt donation! Probably more will come throughout the next several months. The coolest part of the summer was seeing a double rainbow over the house.
