WY Summer 2017

We were all able to go out to WY this summer for a whole month.  That's pretty much the plan hence forth.  Spending the summer with my grandmother in my childhood are some of my fondest memories. Having Ileene out of school for the summer works out perfectly too! Owen was in heaven with all the trucks and tractors he could go around.  He loves Gwap's jeep and has dubbed the grey truck the "bumpy truck".  My favorite naming is that Demetria was wearing a pink shirt one of the times playing with Owen and he started calling her "Pink".  When in doubt Owen will refer to people by whatever color they are wearing.  Sometimes Owen will even refer to me by color. The Pink name seems to have stuck as she was wearing a different color the next day and she was still Pink.  I kinda hope that name will stick. We also learned this month that Owen has zero fear of water.  This is even after tossing him in the frigid meadow pond.  At first he did seem startled, but then was quickly ordering Rod around with the rafts. Milton is happily in loaf baby mode which worked great for everybody to hold and cuddle. Owen spent the nights with Rod and Ileene in bed and loved having cuddles with Gwap and Gwap.
