Sail 250 Baltimore

In celebration of America's 250th, tall ships from all around the world came to Baltimore.  While out on my sailing class, we got to see many of them coming up the Bay.  One of the ships was the same one that visited Guam, the BAP Union from Peru.

Annapolis Sailing School Sailing Camp

The boys and I did a week-long sailing camp.  My camp was the same set of classes that Damon did last year.  The first three days were on the Rainbow boats, but then the last two days were on a bigger one.  I prefer the Rainbows.  The boys' favorite day was when they brought water guns and all the different boats would fire on each other.

Hershey Park

We went with a MWR tour to Hershey Park for the day.  Owen's favorite roller coaster was open this time so we all got to go on it a million times.  We also got to see a seal show.

Calvert Cliffs, Maryland

Calvert Cliffs State Park is a Maryland state park in Lusby, Calvert County, Maryland, that protects a portion of the cliffs that extend for 24 miles along the eastern flank of the Calvert Peninsula on the west side of the Chesapeake Bay from Chesapeake Beach southward to Drum Point. The state park is known for the abundance of mainly Middle Miocene sub-epoch fossils that can be found on the shoreline. Thanks Wikipedia.
